Once a franchise agreement is signed, the typical time needed to open a Robeks restaurant is approximately 9 to 12 months. The actual construction process generally takes 8 to 10 weeks, while the majority of the associated timeline involves the search for an ideal site and permitting. In the case of a newly constructed shopping center, the timeframe could be longer however, in some instances, the timeframe is much sooner, where an existing space or a conversion opportunity becomes available.

Robeks is built to operate within a small footprint and we recommend locations that range from 800 to 1,200 square feet. We will provide you with a floor plan specifically designed for your space and our goal is to maximize square footage in an effort to drive your return on investment.
How much are the ongoing royalty fees?
Our royalty is 7% of the net sales of your first restaurant. The royalty shrinks to 6.5% when you open or acquire your second restaurant and decreases again to 6% for those who own and operate 3 or more locations.
