David Rawnsley blends his entrepreneurial spirit with financial expertise gained from a career in corporate finance which he left behind 15 years ago to join Robeks as a Regional Developer, and franchisee. He became President in 2015 and has overseen a significant 75% increase in average unit volumes. David prioritizes robust support for franchisees and relentlessly looks to drive revenue growth. After work, he enjoys cooking and having fun with his family golfing, skiing, boating, and traveling.

Dawn Eriksen-Foy has been leading all aspects of our franchise sales efforts since joining Robeks as Vice President of Franchise Sales in February 2024. She brings a significant background in both franchising and sales. Before joining Robeks, Dawn was the Director of Franchise Sales for Bonchon Korean Fried Chicken, and prior to that, she held a similar position at Wingstop Restaurants. Dawn's sales career began in the highly competitive telecommunications industry, notably with Sprint Corporation from 1998 until 2018, where she had a proven track record of driving revenue growth, increasing branded locations, and fostering lasting client relationships. Beyond her professional achievements, Dawn finds fulfillment in camping with her family and nurturing young talent as the Team Manager for her son's travel soccer team.

Kevin Jackson has been instrumental in shaping Robeks’ Construction department since November 2021, leveraging his extensive contributions to both Operations and Construction departments since 2017. His journey with Robeks began as a Regional Director in Phoenix, Arizona, demonstrating his dedication to the company’s expansion efforts. With a background as a former stock car racer turned NASCAR enthusiast, Kevin's brings a spirit of adventure to his work and enjoys exploring new destinations with his loved ones.

Mike Pisani has been an integral part of the Robeks team as Vice President of Operations since October 2022. With a career spanning over three decades in the restaurant and hospitality industry, Mike has advanced from frontline roles to executive leadership positions. His commitment to excellence transcends beyond the boardroom, as he finds joy in exploring the culinary wonders of Italy and cherishing moments with his family while preparing meals for friends.

In his capacity as Vice President of Marketing since February 2019, Mitch Baker has been instrumental in driving the brand’s evolution, drawing upon his experience as Chief Marketing Officer at DRNK Coffee + Tea Franchising and Robeks’ former Director of Marketing. A stalwart supporter of industry innovation, Mitch actively contributes to the International Franchise Association’s National Marketing and Innovation Committee. Beyond his professional endeavors, Mitch enjoys spending quality time with his four-legged companion, exploring dog-friendly locales in Los Angeles, and embarking on weekend getaways to Rancho Mirage.

In his capacity as the head of the Real Estate division since January 2019, Jimmer Bolden leverages extensive experience gained through roles within the Robeks organization since 2003. Prior to joining Robeks, Jimmer refined his expertise in leasing with Blockbuster Video and construction management in Washington, DC. Beyond his professional pursuits, Jimmer and his family share a deep passion for skiing and he finds harmony in his role as a soloist with the acclaimed Angel City Chorale, famed for their "Golden Buzzer" winning performance on America’s Got Talent.

With four decades of invaluable experience in the restaurant industry spanning both full-service and fast-casual, Dan Richmond brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Vice President of Supply Chain at Robeks. His background encompasses various facets of restaurant operations, training, human resources, and supply chain management, acquired through his tenure with several esteemed organizations. In his spare time, Dan finds solace in his passion for cycling, outdoor adventures, family vacations, and a love for classic rock music.

Since January 2021, John Schattinger has been driving innovation as Vice President of Technology, drawing upon his substantial tenure at Robeks, which commenced in 2014. In addition to his role at Robeks, John lends his expertise to the advisory boards of two software companies and actively engages with the Restaurant Technology Network. When unplugged from technology, he immerses himself in nature, embodying his love for outdoor adventures and travel.
